Debra Dominski attended the University of Texas where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in 1979. Ms. Dominski studied law at the Williamette University College where she received her Juris Doctor in 1983.
She began her career as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and rose to the rank of captain in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
From 1984 to 1990 Ms. Dominski tried nearly 50 Special and General Court Martial Trials. Ms. Dominski joined the law firm of Laughlin & Peabody in 1990 where she defended more than 50 jury trial cases for Allstate insurance.
In 2004, Debra Dominski started her own mediation practice, which specialized in assisting other attorneys in San Diego settle their cases.
Ms. Dominski is highly sought after by plaintiff and defense attorneys alike - for her unique and gifted negotiating skills. She is also highly respected by countless insurance companies who rely on her to assist them in resolving cases they are unable to resolve on their own.
