James C. Mitchell served in the United States Army. Mr. Mitchell began his college education at the San Diego State university where he earned a Bachelors Degree with Cum Laude honors in 1974. Mr. Mitchell attended law school at the University of San Diego where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1978.
