Joseph Howell has been in private practice for over 20 years. His areas of specialization are personal injury, wrongful termination and medical malpractice.

Mr. Howell is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of California, the California Applicants Attorney Association and the American Association for Justice.

Joseph Howell began his college education at the California State University, San Bernardino on a scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science and Economics in 1984.

Mr. Howell studied law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1988.

Mr. Howell’s outstanding career features numerous trial awards in highly contested claims where his broad talent and depth of experience allowed him to consistently prevail.
