Mitchell | Gilleon filed a $1.5 million claim on behalf of a minor child's parents against the San Diego High School district for publishing semi-nude photos of their daughter in the school's magazine. The parents claim they never saw or approved the photos prior to publication. Defamation and invasion of privacy top the list of charges for which the 16 year old junior of Torey Pines High School has suffered extensive personal damage as a result of the published photos.
